1.上海世茂喜达酒店集团任命技术服务副总裁——郝玉鸿先生

近日,上海世茂酒店酒店任命郝玉鸿先生为集团技术服务副总裁,全面领导和负责世茂喜达酒店集团的工程、成本及设计部门工作。郝玉鸿先生将常驻上海,并向世茂喜达酒店集团总裁唐鸣先生汇报。

郝玉鸿先生毕业于比利时天主教鲁汶大学,都市设计及计划系(A.S.R.O.)硕士学位,拥有超过二十五年的行业经验,是业内认可的资深人士。担任温德姆酒店集团大中华区资深设计总监期间,参与集团包括豪生酒店,豪生大酒店,溫德姆至尊豪廷大酒店等,五星及超五星酒店的开业前技术支持、设计任务。

作为万达酒店集团的元老,郝玉鸿先生成功参与万达自有酒店品牌 ( 万达瑞华、万达文华、万达嘉华、万达锦华) 的创建, 并负责海外酒店(纽约、芝加哥、洛杉矶、伦敦、马德里、悉尼及黄金海岸等项目)的设计规划工作,期间成功开业接近100个项目。郝先生在加入世茂喜达酒店集团前,担任台湾宏国集团富全开发总经理兼凯撒酒店集团技术服务总经理。

Shimao Star Hotels Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Thomas Hao as the Vice President of Technical Services for the Group. Mr. Thomas Hao will be fully in charge of the Project Construction Department; Design Department& Cost Department. He will be based in Shanghai and report to Mr. Tyrone Tang, CEO of Shimao Star Hotels Group directly.

Mr.Thomas Hao gruduated from Katholic University Leuven and hold the Advanced Master Degree with honorary"Cum Laude"from the Architecture, Urban Design, and Planning department of KUL Belgium. With more than twenty-five years’ working experience, Mr. Thomas Hao is recognized as a senior professional for the hospitality industry. During his career with Wyndham Hotels Group as the Senior Director of Design, Mr. Hao had lead the pre-opening technical support and design works for several 5-star & ultra 5-star branded properties include Howard Johnson, Howard Johnson Plaza & Wyndham Grand. 

As founding member of Wanda Hotels Group,Mr. Thomas Hao Participated in the establishment of their own hotel brands: WANDA REIGN, WANDA VISTA, WANDA REALM, WANDA JIN and in charge of the design of overseas hotels (New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, London, Madrid, Sydney and Gold Coast); nearly 100 hotels were successfully opened in this period. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Thomas Hao was the general manager (technical services) of Caesar Hotels Group.

2.温德姆酒店集团任命大中华区开业筹备及营运部副总裁——James Kim先生

近日,温德姆酒店集团宣布任命James Kim(金容周)先生为大中华区开业筹备及营运部副总裁。

履新后,James将带领开业筹备及营运部团队,积极推动温德姆委托管理和特许经营两大经营模式下的酒店在大中华区成功开业营运。James将与总裁和整个高级领导团队密切合作,持续优化我们的酒店开业筹备流程和运营支持,提升大中华区的酒店经营业绩。同时,James也将致力于与酒店业主及特许经营加盟商顺畅沟通并建立和保持良好的合作关系。

James在全球酒店行业拥有逾25年的丰富工作经验,曾在中国乃至亚洲的多家公司担任管理层职位。在再次加入温德姆酒店集团之前,James曾任职洲际酒店集团负责综合酒店的管理工作。James还曾领导美利亚酒店集团(2014年)和锦江国际酒店管理公司(2012年)的营运团队的工作,担任中国和亚太区的营运副总裁。2008至2012年间,在James的带领下,温德姆酒店集团在中国的两家重要酒店——长沙芙蓉国温德姆至尊豪廷大酒店和上海兴荣温德姆酒店顺利开业。此外,James还曾在希尔顿、雅高、喜来登和万豪的多个营运岗位任职,足迹遍及中国、韩国、美国和德国。

3.徐州回悦酒店管理有限公司任命徐州回悦·全球奢华精品酒店执行总经理——许其玉先生

近日,徐州回悦酒店管理有限公司任命许其玉先生为徐州回悦·全球奢华精品酒店执行总经理,属于全球奢华精品酒店联盟Small Luxury Hotels of the World(SLH)旗下一员,全面负责酒店日常运营管理。许其玉先生拥有18年国际品牌酒店工作经验,曾在玛丽蒂姆、温德姆、洲际等知名国际品牌酒店任职。

Recently, Huiyue Smell Luxury Hotel Management co. LTD in Xuzhou appointed Mr. Xu Qiyu as executive general manager of Xuzhou Huiyue Global Luxury&boutique Hotel, becoming a member of Luxury&boutique hotel alliance’s Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH), and being responsible for the daily operation management of the hotel. Mr. Xu Qiyu has 18 years of international hotel management experience and had worked in famous international brand hotels such as Maritim, Wyndham, and Intercontinental.

4.安吉凯承温德姆至尊豪廷大酒店任命酒店总经理——陈耀邦先生

安吉凯承温德姆至尊豪廷大酒店宣布委任陈耀邦先生(Jeffrey Chan)担任酒店总经理一职。他将全面负责酒店筹备开业、酒店的整体运营、绩效和战略方向等工作。

陈先生拥有丰富的国际酒店管理及市场营销经验。 曾就职于香港和中国內地多家知名酒店担任高级管理要职, 包括成都温德姆至尊豪廷大酒店, 深圳温德姆至尊大酒店、深圳、东莞雅高美爵酒店、香港JW万豪酒店、香港喜来登酒店及上海、广州假日酒店等。

With career spanning nearly 30 years in the hospitality industry, Jeffrey brings with his extensive hotel experiences from Hong Kong and mainland China holding various managerial positions in operation and sales & marketing aspects including Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale Chengdu, Wyndham Grand Shenzhen, Grand Mercure Shenzhen and Dongguan, J.W. Marriott HK, Sheraton HK, Holiday Inn Shanghai and Guangzhou.

5.康年国际酒店管理集团任命三亚康年酒店总经理——李锦先生

康年国际酒店管理集团正式任命,李锦先生为三亚康年酒店总经理一职,全权负责酒店的整体运营和管理工作以及战略发展。

来自塞上江南宁夏的李锦先生拥有十多年酒店管理与运营经验,曾就职于凯悦集团,香格里拉集团。李锦先生于 2010 年加入康年国际酒店集团,任集团项目总监和项目董事,负责全国多个酒店和旅游地产项目前期策划、筹备和运营管理,如上海中心酒店项目等,任多家酒店总经理。

本次履新前,李锦先生担任三亚康年酒店驻店经理职务。多年学习美术专业的经验,将对酒店独特的见解、审美和创意运用于酒店运营管理。在任职期间,结合新媒体迅速将酒店打造为知名网红酒店,首年度达到很好的运营水平。并获得携程颁发的《2018年最受关注新开业酒店奖》和其它奖项。

6.朗廷酒店集团任命宁波文化广场朗豪酒店总经理——杨昱先生

近日,朗廷酒店集团任命杨昱先生出任宁波文化广场朗豪酒店总经理一职。

拥有二十多年酒店从业经验的杨昱先生,具备多家国际五星级酒店工作背景,足迹遍布沈阳、舟山、宁波、郑州、天津等城市。2008年至2015年期间,杨昱先生先后于宁波万豪、郑州JW万豪担任市场销售总监、驻店经理、代理总经理等重要职务,在市场销售业绩和打造酒店品牌荣誉方面取得杰出成就,备受肯定。

2016年杨昱先生被万达酒店及度假村委托管理总部委任副总经理一职,负责管理旗下21家酒店。此番加入朗廷酒店集团之前,杨昱先生在天津滨海喜来登大酒店担任总经理一职。

杨昱先生毕业于香港理工大学并获得酒店及旅游管理MBA学位,对酒店行业充满热情,他积极乐观,富有创新意识,擅长市场开拓与团队建设。他将凭借其丰富的实战经验、收益管理的敏锐度和对市场的深厚认知带领宁波文化广场朗豪酒店全体同事齐心协力,共创佳绩。

Langham Place, Ningbo Culture Plaza is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. William Yang as General Manager.

With more than 20 years working experience in the hotel industry, Mr. Yang has been crafting his career in sales and marketing in Starwood and Marriott brands in different cities including Shenyang, Zhoushan, Ningbo, Zhengzhou and Tianjin. From 2008 to 2015, Mr. Yang held several key management positions at Marriott Hotel, Ningbo, JW Marriott Zhengzhou as Director of Sales and Marketing, Resident Manager and Acting General Manager respectively. Under his leadership, the hotel’s performance had been improved not only the financial results but also the hotel’s reputation by earning numerous awards. 

Mr. Yang then moved his career to Beijing and joined as the Group Deputy General Manager Wanda Hotels Group in 2016 where he was in charge of owner representatives of 21 managed hotels, focused asset management and delivered business results. Prior to joining LHG, he was the General Manager of Sheraton Binhai Hotel in Tianjin.

Mr. Yang pursued a MBA in Hotel & Tourism Management at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is a very optimistic, honest, inventive and intelligent person. The most important is Mr. Yang has strong sense of responsibility and good team spirit. With the full enthusiasm, market insight and professional knowledge, Mr. William Yang will lead the team in taking Langham Place, Ningbo Culture Plaza to new heights in the near future

7.上海世茂酒店管理有限公司任命餐饮总监——王青松先生

近日,上海世茂酒店管理有限公司任命王青松先生为酒店公司餐饮总监,全面负责世茂集团旗下托管酒店及自主品牌酒店的餐饮运营和管理工作。

王青松先生于1991年开始进入北京港澳中心瑞士酒店厨房工作,至今已有长达超过25年资深的餐饮工作经验,其中包括多次海外的培训和学习。王青松先生有丰富的国际知名酒店管理集团餐饮及管理工作经验,在加入上海世茂酒店管理有限公司前,曾效力于银川国贸中心假日酒店,北京临空皇冠假日酒店、成都万达瑞华酒店、北京金融街洲际酒店、北京中环假日酒店等。在这些优秀的工作平台上,王青松先生形成了自己对餐饮的独特见解和理念,创作了无数令人举箸称赞的特色菜品,从而获得了很多重量级的职业成就。

Recently, Shimao Hotels Group announced the appointment of Mr. Bill Wang as Director of Food& Beverage for the Group. Bill will be fully in charge of the F&B operation for all Shimao Group’s hotels.

As a professional hotelier with more than 25 years of experience, include several years’ oversea training &working experience, Mr. Bill Wang embarked on his hotel career in Swissotel Beijing in 1991. He has been exposed to numerous cuisines, techniques and cultures at different hotel groups and held key positions at Wanda Reign Chengdu、Crowne Plaza Beijing International Airport,etc. Prior to this appointment, he was General Manager of Holiday Inn Yinchuan Int’l Trade Centre. 

Bill will bring all his expertise gained in various positions to his new role at Shimao Hotels Group to lead the F&B team to a great success. 

8.广州圣丰索菲特大酒店任命行政助理经理(市场销售)——邓翠鸣女士

广州圣丰索菲特大酒店近日任命邓翠鸣女士为行政助理经理——市场销售。她将全面负责酒店市场销售部的运营,包括客房销售、宴会销售、会务销售及市场传讯等工作,同时将在酒店整体运营上协助总经理。

Wyndham Grand Plaza Royal Kaicheng Anji has recently been honored to announce the official appointment of DOSM Christina Feng who will be fully responsible for the management and operation of the hotel's marketing and sales department, including room sales, catering & event marketing, e-commerce, online marketing and brand promotion.

Ms. Feng has been engaged in the international hospitality industry for more than 12 years. She has rich marketing experience and professional cognition, having unique insights and accurate judgment.

Before joining the Greater China Hospitality, Christina had long served in Starwood and Marriott International. 11.南昌瑞颐大酒店任命行政副总经理——韩志中先生

近日,韩志中先生被正式任命为南昌瑞颐大酒店行政副总经理。全面负责市场销售部管理工作,同时支持协助运营部门工作。

Alex Han has been officially appointed as the Executive Assistant Manager - Swiss Grand Nanchang, effective 17 October 2018. Being responsible for the management of the S&M Dept., in the meantime, Alex Han will also support the Operation Department to improve the overall operational efficiency of the hotel.

Alex Han studied hotel management as his major and joined hospitality industry in 2001, having more than 17 years’ experience of S&M director of many international hotels. He also participated in the grand opening periods of a lot of hotels, with rich market development analysis, marketing and F&B, HSKP, FO and other aspects of rich management experience. He is a rare talent!
